Michael Coggins is a Senior Managing Director with First Republic Bank. Since 2013, Michael has been providing banking and lending solutions to Alternative Asset Managers including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fin Tech, Real Estate and Hedge Fund clients.

Prior to this role, Michael served as Senior Sales Manager within JPMorgan's Private Equity Fund Services (PEFS) business, a role he assumed in 2008. In this capacity, he was responsible for business development of outsourced administration solutions, banking, lending and custody to private equity sponsors and institutional investors with portfolios of alternative investments.

Prior to joining JPMorgan, Mr. Coggins was Managing Director of Client Development at LinkShare Corporation, a subsidiary of Rakuten Inc., the 7th largest Internet company in the world, where he led a team of business development professionals focused on securing partnerships with Fortune 1000 clients.

Additionally, Mr. Coggins has attained extensive experience within managing relationships, outsourcing and technology solutions holding a variety of Sales Management and Strategy roles at Jupiter Media Metrix, Open Shop Internet Software and Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Mr. Coggins holds a B.A. from Saint Anselm College.
